- The E-commerce Shipping Associate is responsible for order fulfillment operations for the E-comm department. Including but not limited to; picking, packing and processing outgoing orders, supply replenishment, and general warehouse procedures to ensure efficient operations.
- Meet all benchmark requirements for units picked, packed and processed per hour.
- Remain cross trained in other positions to support as needed.
- Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security.
- Coordinate with team members to determine daily goals and work efficiently to package and ship orders.
- Ability to learn and utilize listing and shipping software.
- Ability to work in a collaborative work environment.
- Strong sense of urgency
- Past e-commerce/shipping experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to express oneself clearly in conversations and interactions with others.
- Ability to demonstrate concern for satisfying one's external and/or internal customers.
- Ability to identify the information needed to clarify a situation.
- Ability to tackle a problem by using a logical, systematic, sequential approach.
- Ability to anticipate the implications and consequences of situation and take appropriate action.

- Ability to consistently lift more than 25 lbs. and occasionally lift 30-50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand, walk, lift, carry, and reach a minimum of 8 hours a day.
