    Job Overview:

    We are seeking a Marketing Specialist dedicated to driving our marketing efforts through the execution of digital campaigns, managing social media platforms, and creating compelling content for our advisors such as presentations, brochures, and case studies.

    Responsibilities:

    • Implement vital marketing initiatives and projects aligned with departmental goals.
    • Support advisor marketing and lead generation efforts including educational seminars, client and prospect events, and marketing outreach.
    • Develop and manage project plans in Asana to provide transparency on progress and ensure business objectives are met.
    • Guarantee timely and within-budget completion of marketing projects.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze performance metrics for marketing content and campaigns.
    • Engage effectively within the marketing team and across other departments.
    • Stay informed about the latest trends and techniques in advisory marketing through ongoing training and discussions.

    Qualifications:

    • A bachelor's degree is required.
    • 3-5 years of marketing experience; prior experience within a registered investment advisory environment is preferred.

    Skills and Competencies:

    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
    • A highly professional team player capable of collaborating across all levels of the organization.
    • Strong organizational skills with a meticulous, dependable, and adaptable approach.
    • Personable and engaging, supporting a positive team environment.
    • Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines.
    • Experience with digital and social media marketing tools (Google, HubSpot, Meta, LinkedIn) and project management software (Asana).
