As a Seasonal Janitorial Team Lead youare responsible for the successful delivery of all aspects of the nightly, in-stadium maintenance services in order to guarantee a spotless facility. Maintenance services include in-game and post-game cleaning of entire stadium including stands, seats, locker rooms, public areas, and rest room maintenance. This position pays $18 - $19.50 per hour.

Responsibilities include:

Directing and managing maintenance crew;

Assigning tasks and following up on completion;

Guiding the workers to effectively for optimal results;

Assisting in resolving operational issues and discipline of maintenance staff;

Performing quality control inspections and reviews;

Ensuring sufficient quantity of supplies, equipment and tools are on-hand at all times;

Assisting with inventory control and managing equipment as directed;

Maintaining a safe physical environment in order to prevent slips, trips and falls of employees and visitors;

Reviewing and approving staff schedules, timekeeping, attendance and payroll.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 plus years experience in custodial/maintenance/housekeeping field in a fast-paced environment;

Prior supervisory experience, preferably in union environment;

Professional appearance and communication ability;

Ability to work various shifts including days, evenings, overnight and weekends, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed;

You must be capable of standing and walking for long periods, in all types of weather;

Experience working in sporting venue, concert hall, arena or other large public venue is preferable;

Must be flexible to work any shift, days, afternoons, nights.
