    Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our client's team.

    The HR Coordinator will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and HR administration.

    The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of HR policies and procedures, and a passion for fostering a positive work environment.


    salary:
    $60,000 - $70,000 per year

    work hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

    Responsibilities

    Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
    Coordinate new hire onboarding processes, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all required paperwork is completed.
    Support employee relations activities by addressing employee inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed.
    Assist with training and development initiatives, including coordinating training sessions, tracking employee training records, and evaluating training effectiveness.
    Maintain
    HRIS (Human Resources Information System) records and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
    Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, updating employee files, and managing HR documentation.
    Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
    Requirements

    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    1-3+ years of experience in HR coordination or related role.
    Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and
    HRIS systems.
    Detail-oriented with well founded organizational and multitasking abilities.
    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
