- Coordination of services to ensure tenant satisfaction
- Lead staff meetings
- Participate in resident meetings and maintain high standards for resident relations
- Coordinate unit turnover procedures
- Supervise marketing programs and waiting list procedures
- Oversee that rent collection, delinquency, and eviction processes are handled
- Monitor property budgets and review variances on a monthly basis
- Ensure all client cash flows of management vehicles meet funding requirements
- Develop new processes and make recommendations on efficiencies or improvements
- Identify opportunities for automation and technologies
- Prepare proposals for enhancements and champion changes
- 5+ years of residential property management experience is required
- Affordable Housing recertification experience is required
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to handle stress and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
