    The Senior Analyst is responsible to report accurate, timely, and relevant financial results, KPIs, measurements, forecasts, plans, and analysis to enable the team to make informed decisions

    Essential Duties, Functions and/or Responsibilities:


    Consolidate financial results of several entities with different local currencies, produce standardized financial statementsFlux analysis preparation, monthly and quarterly disclosuresAutomate through excel consolidation, budgeting, and variance analysis functionsAssist in preparation of monthly cost center reports including variance reportingAid in developing the annual budget and monthly forecast through simple and advanced modeling capabilities.

    Support monthly reporting cycle and performance management processAssist in preparing materials for monthly operating reviews and quarterly meetingsSupport business teams with KPI tracking and critical business decisionsWork closely with business partners to enhance and upgrade reporting analyticsFully leverage available technology and drive the organization to embrace new technologies as they become relevant (i.e. advanced analytics, data visualization, process automation, data warehousing, etc.)

    Ad-hoc reporting and analysis as neededContribute to the success of the company by leading or assisting with other projects and tasks as assignedQualificationsEducation and/or Work Experience Requirements:
    BS/BA in accounting required. CPA or equivalent is preferred.4+ years of experience in a mixed of finance and accounting. Experience in Distribution is preferred.
    Intermediate or advanced excel spreadsheets knowledge, very proficient in BI, databases, and financial software applications.
    Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    Ability to develop and communicate financial modelsExperience working with consolidation tools.
    Experience working in SAPStrong organizational and project management skills.
    Confidence in challenging the status quo; always on the lookout for continuous improvement opportunities.
    Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills.
