    Responsibilities:

    The PJT Partners Corporate team is seeking a Workday - Business Analyst with experience in implementation or platform administration for HCM and/or Financials. Key responsibilities to include:

    • Developing a deep expertise in our Finance and HR - Workday Business Processes
    • Driving increased Workday usage at PJT and launching new WD modules
    • Maintaining and enhancing Workday reports and rationalizing existing report catalogue
    • Maintaining business objects and related security domains, roles, permissions
    • Supporting platform roll-out & support within various business verticals
    • Assisting in documenting business process changes within the corporate team
    • Closely partnering with Technology function on all relevant infrastructure, platform and data initiatives
    • Monitoring and supporting day-to-day user experience, platform stability, and platform performance
    • Testing, training, and analytics related to Workday scheduled and unscheduled releases
    • Cross functional exposure: Ability to learn additional technology tools (Azure tools, Data Visualization, Data Analytics); Program management of strategic technology initiatives.
    Qualifications:

    PJT Partners seeks to hire individuals who are highly motivated, collaborative, self-starters and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors. Qualified candidates will possess the following:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field. Business systems or Information Technology degrees are also relevant
    • 1-3 years of relevant work experience preferred.
    • Workday experience required (1- 3 years preferred) but the team is willing to train the right candidate.
    • Implementation, consulting, or business administration of Workday
    • Experience of Human Resource and / or Corporate Finance functions & processes
    • Familiarity with Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, or a similar analytics platform is beneficial
    • Familiarity with data management and data governance concepts is beneficial
    • Strong written, verbal and communication skills with the demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders
    Please note this role is a full-time role with a hybrid schedule (in-person) in our New York City office.

    Expected annualized base salary of $95,000 to $135,000.

    This range represents the low and high ends of the expected annualized base salary for this position. The specific base salary received by any employee will be informed by a number of factors, including but not limited to, role level and scope, location, candidate's relevant qualifications, skills and experience.

    Base salary is one component of PJT Partners' compensation structure. In addition to base salary, PJT Partners' compensation structure may include additional rewards, incentives and benefits, including but not limited to, a discretionary bonus component.
