    Global Visual Design Leadership

    • Inspire and empower global teams through the project design process. Ability to partner with the regions to better understand local needs as well as driving creativity and ideas sharing.
    • Challenge standard practices, and apply new and different ways of thinking to generate innovative customer centric ideas/opportunities; ensure staff is creatively inclined to think outside the box when completing assignments
    • Lead by example through strategic planning and execution
    • Provide clear direction to team and peers; fostering an environment that rewards innovation and ideation.
    • In partnership with Design Sr Manager, will create a line architecture that both supports financial targets and delivers cohesive experience for the consumers.
    • Build strong cross-functional relationships with Sales to ensure strong product execution
    • Develop, manage, coach, and motivate a high performing visual merchandising and store design team.

    Building Networks/Influence

    Establish effective partnerships across the organization: Sales, Planning, Marketing

    • Influence Brand Leadership to ensure market needs are met
    • Negotiate persuasively to create solutions with vendors.
    • Express differing viewpoints tactfully and sensitively. Acts as mentor and role model within the company

    Design

    Partner with Global Creative teams to ensure that all instore counter and pop-up design presentations for Chantecaille markets are best-in-class, brand appropriate and product focused. Responsible for translating seasonal brand initiative into key storytelling moments that resonate with our teams and clients.

    • Create seasonal instore counter and pop-up design concepts for all Chantecaille markets globally.
    • Establish collaborative relationships with regional sales leaders, creative services and the boarder marketing teams to ensure all design concepts are aligned with marketing and communication initiatives.
    • Present inspiration, concept, creative strategies, and prototypes
    • Develop an internal creative validation process to ensure executive leadership sign off.
    • Create an internal work stream calendar each season to ensure deadlines are met.
    • Design in a fiscally and socially responsible manner.
    • Partner with production team from concept development thru production phases for successful execution and regional window install compliance.
    • Collaborate with key business partners division to ensure all designs take into account customer channel considerations and product buys.
    • Create design briefs that indicate scale, concept and end use
    • Understand global nuances and adapt creative accordingly.

    Animations, Special Events

    Partner with design teams and internal business partners to develop the concept, design and execute all 3D elements and environments for all pop-up stores, public relations events, retail eventing worldwide.

    • Scale all events and concepts to be executed globally
    • This includes producing a concept brief with element details for each showroom presentation
    • Produce 3D renderings for each set design and scenario inclusive of material references
    • Drive brand vision ensuring brand codes are adhered to ensure brand consistency.

    Position Qualifications

    • 10-12 years of experience in visual merchandise/store design experience in the luxury or beauty Industry
    • 5+ years in management including leading a team.
    • Decision making capability clearly driven by conceptualizing future opportunities & developing business initiatives
    • Strong executional experience in global markets.
    • High level of accuracy, detail oriented and strong organizational skills; ability to brig structure and discipline to the table throughout a highly organized approach
    • Superb presentation & communication skills; both written and verbal
    • Strong financial and analytic acumen; demonstrated ability to leverage data to inform strategy
    • Creative, assertive and solution-oriented, able to adapt to fast pace working environment
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint

    salary range is $190,000.00-$200,000.00 annually
