Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Process Improvement Manager for a hybrid contract in Austin Texas.
Responsibilities:
The Process Improvement Manager will support the client in evaluating and improving existing business processes as part of operational excellence and digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities include analyzing current workflows, identifying inefficiencies, designing optimized "To-Be" processes, translating process improvements into functional and non-functional specifications for modular or low-code solutions, conducting stakeholder engagement, facilitating workshops and training, documenting workflows, performing gap and root cause analyses, developing KPI dashboards to measure progress and ROI, and supporting implementation roadmaps and change management strategies.
Minimum Qualifications:
8 years of experience in process engineering, operations optimization, or business process improvement
5 years of experience evaluating current state processes and optimizing processes
1 year of experience specifying software system requirements to design improved solutions
1 year of Six Sigma Black Belt certification
1 year of proven track record leading process transformation initiatives in large organizations
1 year of proficiency in process modeling tools (e.g., Visio)
1 year of strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
1 year of experience with operational metrics, workflow optimization, and cross-functional team collaboration
Preferred Qualifications:
1 year of experience in regulated or government environments
1 year of familiarity with process automation or low-code tools
1 year of Lean certification
