- Prepare and review individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns
- Conduct tax research and develop strategies to minimize tax liability for clients
- Keep up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations
- Collaborate with clients to gather necessary tax documents and information
- Assist in resolving any tax-related issues or audits
- Provide tax planning and advisory services to clients
- Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- CPA certification preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax accounting
- In-depth knowledge of tax laws and regulations
- Proficiency in tax preparation software (e.g., ProSeries, Lacerte)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
