    Long-standing Real Estate Company with holdings in excess of $3 billion, whose primary business activities include real estate development, real estate ownership and management, commercial real estate lending, venture capital and private equity, and vineyards and wineries.

    Longstanding, reputable real estate development and investment company with a large growing pipeline
    Strong management and executive team focused on mentoring and development
    High visibility and immediate advancement potential within this expanding team

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a range of financial matters, from accounts payable to preparing financial statements, recording journal entries, and bookkeeping.

    Managing accounts payable, ensuring all payments are made in a timely and accurate manner
    Preparing comprehensive financial statements
    Utilizing QuickBooks for accounting processes
    Recording journal entries, maintaining an accurate record of all financial transactions
    Performing bookkeeping duties, including managing ledgers, reconciling accounts, and preparing reports
    Assist with tax preparations
    A minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping experience
