    BODYARMOR is looking for a Sr. Manager, FP&A to join our team.

    The Sr. Manager, FP&A will partner with the Director of FP&A and other Accounting & Finance Team members to lead planning, forecasting, financial reporting, and financial analysis on behalf of BODYARMOR. This position will be responsible for leading financial analyses and driving the various planning, forecasting, and reporting cycles to ensure alignment with overall business growth objectives. As a resourceful, results-focused, hyper-analytical individual with a keen attention to detail, this individual is someone who has the ability to strategize and plan for both short-term and long-term business priorities with the roll up your sleeves and get it done type of attitude.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Lead the monthly variance analysis to plan / prior year for all functions and departments and on Revenue, Compensation, COGS, Operating Expenses, Capex, Cash, etc. with communication to Senior Leadership for any areas that need another level of evaluation.
    • Build, update, and maintain the monthly and annual forecast models ensuring all business priorities are captured and communicated to all required stakeholders.
    • Strategic partner with all departments within BODYARMOR to ensure alignment on all finance business plans and priorities.
    • Manage and synthesize regular and ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed to help support business growth and identify key brand trends.
    • Lead the preparation of presentations for BODYARMOR Executive Leadership team on all FP&A related financial data ensuring data integrity throughout to support the decision making on all short-term and long-term business objectives.
    • Determine and rollout the FP&A planning calendar with capturing of all annual planning and reporting processes.
    • Design and rollout key financial processes while identifying areas of improvement and recommend solutions to complex scenarios to resolve any process troubleshooting.
    REQUIREMENTS:
    • A bachelor's degree required
    • 6-7 years of relevant Corporate Finance experience or combination of public accounting and FP&A experience required
    • Experience with forecasting and budgeting, financial modeling required
    • Adaptable with excellent analytical skills and the ability to articulate findings and translate them into actionable solutions and processes
    • Advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint user with the ability to manage/format large files, produce ad hoc reports/templates, troubleshoot errors, and perform data analysis
    • An ability to function both independently and in a team environment and communicate effectively with key stakeholders, including upper management and c-level executives
    • An understanding of generally accepted accounting principles
    • Some travel required 10% by air, train, car as needed
