    Territory Sales Lead Role Overview

    OSL Retail Services is a dynamic, people-driven organization that provides outsourced sales services for North America's Fortune 500 companies.

    As we navigate a period of significant growth, we are seeking dedicated Territory Sales Ambassadors/Leads who can champion sales and nurture client relationships.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Drive Sales Performance: Exceed personal and location sales goals while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
    • Optimize Time Management: Effectively manage time across multiple locations to maximize profitability.
    • Sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Master our sales process and achieve sales targets.
    • Foster Team Spirit: Embrace a collaborative approach and a passion for sales.
    • Customer Focus: Ability to connect with customers and team members alike.
    • Stay Current on Product Knowledge: Keep up-to-date with product information to recommend effective solutions to customers.

    Preferred Skills and Experience:

    • 2-3 years of retail or outside sales experience (e.g., door-to-door, solar, kiosk, brand ambassador).
    • A proven track record of sales, excellent customer service, and personal accountability.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills.
    • Availability to work evenings and weekends.
    • Personal vehicle and ability to travel to store locations during operational hours.
