- Supervise junior staff for their career advancement.
- Contribute to firm growth through pursuit teams for new projects.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program.
- Minimum 7 years of landscape architecture design experience.
- Professional licensure.
- Preference for experience in large projects like commercial, municipal, or residential.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Land FX, and Photoshop software.
