    The Senior Data Analyst is a high level individual contributor supporting Veeam Corporate Analytics. The Corporate Analytics Team owns several top priority project for the business like Annual Recuring Revenue (ARR) and Executive Reporting. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders. This role will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data from various sources, identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities, and presenting actionable recommendations to support informed decision making at the highest level of the organization.

    The primary focus of this role will be to support the ARR Project. This will include partnering with Data Engineers to translate and design business logic, design and create data products that help drive business decisions, partner with other analysts on Data Analytics team with ARR related projects, and support senior level (Director to C-Suite) stakeholders.

    **4 Month Contract Role**

    Responsibilities:
    • Build and maintain executive-level Tableau dashboards and reports, presenting key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics in a visually appealing and easy-to-understand format.
    • Write complex SQL scripts to pull data from DWH for analyzing information outside the scope of Dashboard.
    • Manage Tableau dataset and security for assets owned
    • Collaborate closely with C Suite executives to understand their information needs and provide data-driven insights to support their decision-making processes.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to the Senior Leadership by providing insights, recommendations, and forecasts based on comprehensive data analysis.
    • Communicate complex ideas and finding effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, facilitating understanding and driving actionable outcomes.
    • Partner within Data Analytics domain experts to pull data from underlying business functions (Renewals, Sales, Marketing etc.)
    • Collaborate with CorpIT Data Engineering team for automation of data, new data pulls, data marts, aggregation requests etc.
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's Degree required (Business Administration, Finance, MIS, or related field, Advanced degree highly preferred)
    • 4+ years of experience in field of Data Analytics, Business Intelligence & Reporting
    • 4+ years of experience in finance, accounting, operations, or similar domains
    • Proven experience in a senior data analyst or similar role, preferably supporting C Suite executives.
    • Advanced in data manipulation, analysis, and visualization tools (Tableau, and SQL required) (Python and/or R are a plus)
    • Tableau Experience: Including Building Dashboards, Publishing Dashboards, and Creating Extracts using writing SQLs and Prep
    • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and interpret complex organizational challenges.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Experience considered a plus but not required:
      • Work in a SaaS business model
      • Work in a Finance Department
      • Experience with Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)
      • This is not an excel heavy role, but experience with complex excel formulas may help

    The salary range posted is On Target Earnings (OTE), which is inclusive of base and variable pay. When making an offer of employment, Veeam will take into consideration the candidate's expectations, experience, education, scope of responsibility for the role, and the current market demands.
