    • Develop, test and maintain catalog items and flows.
    • Configuring and maintaining a customized portal.
    • Code ServiceNow solutions within an Agile Framework
    • In depth knowledge on business rules, Script includes, Catalog Client Scripts , UI policy.
    • Building and maintaining reports.
    • Further your career with paid certification paths to make your mark at one of the largest ServiceNow instances in the industry
    • Performing configuration and customization including, but not limited to workflow/flow administration,
    • Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements.
    • 2+ years of RESTful or SOAP web services
    • One or more of the following ServiceNow certifications: (CSA) Certified Systems Administrator, (CIS) Certified Implementation Specialist, or (CAD) Certified Application Developer
    • Design, develop, and configure for the ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB modules
    • Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
