Follow us on:
Perform static analysis using hand calculations and finite element tools like NASTRAN/PATRAN.
Perform fatigue and damage tolerance analysis of primary metallic structures and structural repairs.
Identifying load paths and recommending design changes for aircraft structures.
Conduct optimization with respect to strength, weight, cost & producibility factors.
Validating Global Finite Element Models and Detail Finite Element Models. Participate and suggest changes in PDR, CDR processes and AR/DER Reviews.
Preparation/Review/Approval of strength check notes. Provided direct support to the design team in areas such as changes design modification and changes.
Production planning for various bill of materials, production resources/tools, and master inspection and routing.
Create a failure analysis document based on the current engineering planning.
Must have Bachelors in Technology in Mechanical Engineering and 5 years in relevant experience.
