    Job Title: Content Marketing Project Coordinator

As a Content Marketing Project Coordinator , you will be responsible for overseeing and executing content marketing timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with overall business goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing and implementing content marketing campaigns.

    Responsibilities:

    Project Planning and Execution:

    • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for content marketing initiatives.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including writers, designers, SEO specialists, and external agencies to ensure seamless project execution.
    • Monitor project progress and identify potential issues, taking proactive measures to address challenges and meet deadlines.

    Content Creation and Optimization:

    • Collaborate with content creators to ensure brand consistency and adherence to established guidelines.

    Analytics and Reporting:

    • Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns.

    Team Leadership:

    • Support a team of content creators, providing content development, and project management.
    • Foster a collaborative and creative work environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • 3-5 years proven experience project management.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, SEO best practices, and content optimization.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Proficiency in project management tools and analytics platforms

    In accordance with New York City's Pay Transparency Law, the expected salary range for this role is 70,000 to 85,000. Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits.
