- position requires an engineer with significant experience in the environmental and industry.
- ideal candidate will possess superior problem solving and management skills that will be applied to a diverse portfolio of technical projects.
- will be directly responsible for engineering and construction at solid waste disposal facilities, will communicate with senior management, and direct and mentor junior staff.
- will be providing comprehensive services to a variety of clients.
- will have oversite of 2 landfills located in King George, VA and Saluda, VA.
- Degree (accredited) in Engineering
- years of related experience
- Driver's License
- in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- to travel up to 50% of the time, including travel to remote locations.
- knowledge of environmental regulations, including solid waste, air, storm water and wastewater.
- depth knowledge of landfill design and permitting.
- knowledge of safety regulations
- of accounting processes and P&L statements.
