    The Business Development Manager (BDM) will have a strong understanding of our full-service offering, sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals.

    The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong relationship building skills, and the ability to influence decision makers to make Premier Restoration their first choice when restoration services are needed.

    Position Summary / Primary PurposeThe Business Development Manager will sell the suite of services offered by Premier Restoration Hawaii to current and new clientele.

    Essential FunctionsBuilds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.
    Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their processes and needs.
    Demonstrates the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on their current and future needs.

    Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; assist with the C3 team to resolve any issues that may arise post-sale.

    Maintains communication and relationships with existing and previous customers, document activities and touches in Salesforce.
    Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems.
    Provides periodic territory sales forecasts. May be assigned to a territory or market segment.
