Title of Position- Restaurant Manager

Job Description: The Restaurant Manager sets the standard for service expectations by overseeing every aspect of the guest experience from start to finish, positively coaches and councils' staff to achieve the highest quality of service in all areas of the restaurant. The Restaurant Manager must demonstrate skill and care when selecting, scheduling, training, developing, mentoring and managing team members. Strong leadership and personal skills are required to be our Restaurant Manager. As a Restaurant Manager you will spend more than 50% of your time performing managerial duties and must exercise independent judgment and discretion on matters of conflict in the restaurant.

Qualifications:

High volume experience of 2+ years as a Restaurant Manager is a must for this position within a hotel, event, resort, or restaurant environment
The Restaurant Manager must have 1+ years of managerial experience
The Restaurant Manager must be proficient in Microsoft Office
A solid track record in achieving financial results is a must for the Restaurant Manager
The Restaurant Manager must be extremely guest orientated with the highest degree of honesty and integrity
