Position: Senior Business Analyst

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Skills/Experience:

Technical background or experience working with technical teams
Agile experience (process, story writing, backlog collaboration)
Process analysis, documentation, and task/vendor management expertise
Experience in complex environments, multiple system integrations, and test management
Prior knowledge of data purge policies, security assessments, and release planning
Project scoping, requirement creation, and gap analysis skills
Proficiency in SharePoint, Confluence, Jira
Ability to manage virtual teams across different locations
Workflow diagram creation experience

Preferred Qualifications:

AWS experience and detailed data mapping knowledge

Responsibilities of a Senior Business Analyst:

Coordinate and define requirements for system enhancements
Deliver system enhancements, integrations, and reporting solutions while ensuring security compliance
Analyze and identify business and technical requirements, gaps, and enhancements
Facilitate business requirements gathering and coordinate with developers
Manage backlog prioritization and activities related to system and data compliance
Document requirements, coordinate testing, and oversee business and technical teams
Support Change Requests and ensure business requirements alignment with project goals
Track changes, benefits, and impacts, and manage stakeholder communications
Shape the business customer experience and provide project management support
Contribute to application testing to ensure functionality meets business needs
