    Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Manager to join our Marketing Services team.

    About the Role

    This position is responsible for managing internal and external support for the localization of trailers and other AV marketing materials. You will collaborate directly with one of our theatrical clients and ensure all trailer and other AV marketing assets are created and delivered on time.

    As a Business Operations Manager, you will be required to shepherd projects successfully through each stage in the localization workflow. This includes collaboration with our internal, operational teams and key stakeholders within the client organization.

    Due to the campaign focused nature of this role, flexible working hours are a requirement.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Collecting order information from clients via Smartsheet, Excel, over the phone and via email.
    • Supporting external stakeholders within the studio.
    • Creating and maintaining internal projects and work orders.
    • Submitting forecasting information relating to the account each week.
    • Helping troubleshoot project/content related internal/external queries.

    You must be able to effectively document all processes, designs, and data flows. A positive, service-oriented personality is essential.

    A competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, is offered along with a comprehensive benefits program including medical, dental & vision coverage, vacation & sick leave, 401(k), and more.
