    POSITION SUMMARY:
    Introducing Nestl Purina s new Williamsburg Township, Ohio, factory
    just 30 miles east of Cincinnati.

    This world-class factory will be built from the ground up to produce a wide variety of some of the most trusted and beloved pet care brands in the U.S.

    As a Continuous Improvement Lead, you will assist inpromoting and executing the Nestle Continuous Excellence (NCE) program and Total Performance Management (TPM) methodology.

    You will work cross-functionally with various teams within the factory to optimize productivity and prioritize safety by implementing training, coordinating, and coaching of continuous improvement initiatives.

    You will lead by example and step in to provide support and coaching in the manufacturing process. In this role, you will analyze processes and data, identify opportunities for improvement and share your recommendations.

    This position will require travel up to 50% for training purposes to other Nestle Purina operating facilities until the Williamsburg Township facility reaches operation and/or you are fully qualified in your role.

    The travel will significantly reduce once the Williamsburg Township facility is operational.
    Primary ResponsibilitiesProvide Manufacturing Excellence and Total Performance Management coaching to production and maintenance departmentsCoach and teach to connect losses with standards and routines through data analysis and tracking trendsOwn and implement plans and resources for production and maintenance team members that enable them identify and eliminate losses, transform their workplace, and achieve sustainable resultsUnderstand top losses and areas for growth (safety, quality, performance, and people)Support and lead Continuous Improvement Group team meetings regularly, providing supporting data to understand losses and corrective actions to takePerform other duties as assignedBasic QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED1+ years

    experience working in a fast-paced, performance-measured role with a focus onproblem solving and/or continuous improvement techniqueswithin a production, manufacturing, industrial or related environmentMust be willing to travel up to 50% for training purposes until factory operational startup and/or you are fully qualified in your role.

    There will be little to no travel required once the Williamsburg Township facility is operational.
    The approximate starting hourly pay for this position is $33.00 an hour.

    Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.

    Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
