We are currently in growth mode and looking for candidates with experience in moderate to heavy telemarketing, telesales and appointment setting by phone for both homes and businesses.

You should be multi-talented with superior customer service skills and experienced in appointment setting (both out and in-bound) .

In and outbound phone work in a positive, supportive environment, creating accounts, tracking home-closing reports and new business lists and converting them to prospects.

You should be pleasant, patient and have a great attitude to help us provide top-notch customer contact services working within the Sales Team to provide support for the Outside Team selling alarm systems, cameras and smart home products as well as pest control services.

Experience within one or both fields preferred but not required.
