- Accompany physician into patient examination room in order to transcribe a history and physical exam, and document accurately the physician's encounter with patient and others present.
- List all proper diagnoses and symptoms as well as follow up instructions as dictated by the physician.
- Transcribes patient orders including laboratory test, radiology tests, medications, etc.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management
- Education and/or experience: Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Certificates, licenses and registrations required: Proof of current COVID-19 vaccination.
- Computer skills required: Internet Software; Spreadsheet Software (Excel); Word Processing Software (Word); Electronic Mail Software (Outlook); and EMR.
- Other skills required: Acute attention to detail; bi-lingual skills are a plus but not required.
