    Job Description:

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Create in-depth operational reporting and analysis.
    • Promote and strengthen development standards.
    • Perform Quality Assurance of all operational reporting.
    • Gathers business intelligence from a variety of sources including company data, industry and field reports, public information, or purchased sources.
    • Works with business partners and development teams to ensure that data products support stakeholder decision making aligned with business initiatives.
    • Assesses market strategies by analyzing related products, markets, or trends.
    • Uses business intelligence data and tools to identify and monitor current supply chain processes.
    • Compiles business intelligence or trends to support actionable recommendations.
    • Maintains current knowledge of industry and business trends through communication with professional organizations, suppliers, customers, competitors, and other informed individuals.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned.
    Qualifications

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • College degree required.
    • Experience in process analysis and development.
    • Excellent communications skills both verbal and written.
    • Excellent analytical ability and decision-making skills.
    • Strong business acumen, with demonstrated ability to think strategically.
    • Effective problem-solving and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work in varying departmental areas in a project-oriented environment.
    • Ability to effectively function as a team member.
    • Ability to prioritize handling multiple tasks and meet established deadlines.
    • Ability to facilitate meetings, manage projects, and manage relationships.
    • Knowledge of Database structures preferred.
    • Knowledge of the IBM AS/400 data configuration and programming structure recommended.
    • Knowledge in ASP.Net, SQL Server, and Oracle preferred.
    • Experience in coding in at least one language previously preferred, ex. Python, C, C++, C# or VB.
    • Knowledge of intranet/internet web architecture and design desirable.
