    Performance Validation is seeking an Automation Engineer to partner with our project teams in performing Process Automation support at a client site in Indianapolis, IN.

    Minimum Qualifications

    A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Five to ten years of process automation experience or robotics experience is required.

    Experience

    The successful candidate will be accomplished in automated systems design and programming utilizing Allen-Bradley PLC controllers and ladder logic development tools, and Intel based computers and Microsoft operating systems and the Microsoft family of developer's packages with emphasis on Visual Basic and/or Visual C++.

    Knowledge and experience of GMP manufacturing environment is desired.

    Additional Preferences: Proficiency with various Rockwell Automation platforms, including Allen-Bradley PLC RSLogix programming. Proficiency with Allen-Bradley RSView HMI programming environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Visual Basic and/or Visual C++. Proficiency with computer systems including Microsoft Office Products. Experience with GAMP. Demonstrated oral and written communication. Strong collaborative skills. Knowledge of Vision Systems.

    This position is located in Indianapolis, Indiana supporting a Pharmaceutical manufacturer, and may require 10% travel.
