    Key Requirements for the Caregiver/Care Partner Position:

    • Applicable Certifications Required by State
    • Minimum One-Year Experience Working with Older Adults (Priority Given)
    • Effective Communication Skills (English Verbal and Written) with Residents and Staff
    • Ability to Lift/Move up to 50 Pounds Independently and up to 190 Pounds with Assistance
