- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of customer service/sales experience, or equivalent education and experience
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

- Teach the core retail philosophy including People, Position, Product, Presentation, Price, Promotion, Purchasing
- Provide guidance to sales specialists for top-notch customer service
- Complete product specialist certification courses
- Understand merchandise and installation thoroughly
- Maintain department organization and pricing
- Communicate changes effectively to associates
- Handle forklift operations
- Assist in merchandising and inventory management
- Deliver exceptional customer service and product assistance
- Conduct 'how-to' classes for customers
- Process transactions using POS system
- Handle refunds and exchanges
- Answer customer queries in a helpful manner
- Assist in stock replenishment and pricing
- Exposure to warehouse environment and moving vehicles
- Moderate to noisy noise levels in the work environment
- Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Sunday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
