    Description
    The Gulf Coast VA Medical Center in Biloxi, MS, is seeking a full-time, BC/BE, Psychiatrist to serve as a member of its Psychiatry Services Team. The Mississippi Gulf Coast is a great place to live and work You'll find picturesque, white-sand beaches lining the Gulf of Mexico, exciting, fun-filled outdoor activities to include boating, fishing and championship golf courses, taste-tantalizing cuisine, plentiful shopping, and must-see cultural attractions. Candidates must be highly motivated, team-oriented, and committed to the care and exceptional health of our Veterans. The Gulf Coast VA Medical Center is fully dedicated to providing top-quality medical care by serving and honoring America's Veterans.

    Highlights of this position include:
  • Competitive Starting Salary $245,000-282,480
  • Work Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm., on-call shared among other psychiatrists
  • Deliver full range of clinical psychiatric services to Veterans in an inpatient setting
  • Provide direct clinical supervision to staff as appropriate
  • Some travel may be required to outlying clinics throughout the Gulf Coast VA Health Care System
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen. Non-Citizen candidates will be considered if a U.S. Citizen is not found
  • Full and unrestricted license from any U.S. State
    Additional Requirements:
  • Board eligible/certified
  • Experience participating as a member of a multi-disciplinary treatment
