    **Responsibilities**

    Prepare alcoholic and/or non-alcohol beverages

    Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks

    Prepare bar food

    Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations

    Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails

    Handle cash and credit card payments

    Plan and present bar menu

    Check customers identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age

    Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies

    Keeping the SkyBar and prep kitchen clean and in tip top shape at all times

    Deep clean bar and kitchen weekly

    Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience

    Comply with all food and beverage regulations

    **Requirements**

    Previous work experience as a bartender, preferred

    Knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving delicious drinks

    Computer savvy and able to work on POS system

    Positive attitude, excellent interpersonal and communication skills

    Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean

    Relevant training certificate, valid ABC license preferred.
