Job summary
The Intake Clinician responds to all persons requesting assistance either by telephone or in person, and provides psychiatric assessment, crisis intervention and referrals to Hospital staff and services to outside sources,Responsibilities
- Maintains daily log of all incoming and pending Intake calls and Assessments.
- Maintains a good working relationship and ongoing communication with referral sources.
- Collaborates with hospital personnel and medical staff to ensure optimal patient care.
