- High school diploma/GED required
- A cosmetology license is a plus
- Proven ability to sell products and up-sell on services
- 5+ years' braiding experience preferred
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Availability to work nights and weekends required
- Maintain the cleanliness of the salon and your station
- Keep on top of current styling trends
- Help maintain an adequate inventory of hair products and tools
- Ensure clients with scheduled appointments receive service promptly
