Job Description
Key responsibilities for the role include creating and maintaining an overall global sales strategy, achieving quarterly and annual sales targets, delivering value-based selling methodologies, and developing a successful sales organization.
Leads global sales organization operations and tactics to develop and implement the organizational sales strategy that drives profitable growth to achieve financial objectives and expands our customer base.
Oversees goal setting for departmental and individual objectives and uses data effectively to monitor the market, competition, opportunities, customer base and sales performance.
Drive new business opportunities and negotiate strategic and high-value opportunities that enable significant, repeatable profitable growth.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers and apply knowledge of the products/applications to match needs of customers.
Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings and understanding of customer needs and how our solutions address them.
Develop skills continuously for hiring, training, and leading team members, and ensure that they're using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives.
Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them.
Identify pipelines, and opportunities, lead the engagement, solutions, and close deals
Ensure that company forecasts are met by holding daily check-ins with the sales team to set objectives and monitor progress through CRM system.
Manage the proactive sales of Aftermarket solutions (parts, service and support) to new and existing customers.
Remain up-to-date on customers' business and anticipate their needs and requirements.
