Packaging Operator is responsible for operating packaging line equipment,
handling materials and ensuring compliance with safety quality and regulatory standards.
This role requires attention to detail adherence to SOPs
and effective communication to maintain smooth efficient packaging operations.
Maintain a clean safe organized work environment in compliance with PPE safety
EHS standards Execute packaging operations according to approved documentation SOPs Respond promptly to alarms troubleshoot issues during packaging processes Perform equipment cleaning change parts line clearance activities Complete required documentation including room equipment logbooks batch records verification checks Stage transfer packaging materials bulk products as needed Verify packaging components bulk product against batch records protocols Stack finished goods cases on pallets shrink wrap pallets transfer warehouse Operate palletizer pallet jack safely efficiently Remove unused discarded materials designated warehouse recycling areas Ensure compliance company policies cGMP DEA OSHA other regulatory requirements Communicate effectively team members resolve issues maintain workflow Demonstrate urgency quality teamwork continuous improvement Train mentor Material Handlers Packaging Operators assigned Supervisor Manager Must read write speak comprehend English Any equivalent combination education training experience fulfills position considered Education Required High School Diploma Equivalent Required Experience Desired FDA regulated package environment EDUCTION
