- Must possess current DoD 8570 IAT II or IAM II certification
- Manage VTC scheduling and provide live event support
- Maintain IT and AV equipment related to information displays, digital signage, monitors, laptops, video record devices and other related end user devices
- Operate and manage equipment for presentations, sound, lighting and audio/video conferencing
- Create and manage user accounts
- Develop SOP's for utilization of conference center equipment
- Escalate IT issues to Tier III when needed
- Provide workstation (thick and thin client), VoIP device, and voice and video conference support
- Manage hardware in all stages including unpacking and setup of end user devices
- Resolve IT incidents from cradle to grave, working closely with engineering teams and other contractor stakeholders when IT issues require Tier III escalation or have external dependencies
- Install application software on end-user device workstations via scripted install packages
- Inventory management of UC deployed software and end user devices
- Provide user education and training in basic hardware and software functions
- Create and maintain documentation and SOPs to train new employees
- Use ServiceNow-based ticketing database to track, update, and close break/fix incident tickets and fulfill new requests
- Identify and execute process improvements and other enhancements that improve operational efficiency
- Must possess current DoD 8570 IAT II or IAM II certification
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institute in an area applicable to the position; an additional 4 years of experience be substituted in lieu of a degree
- Minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience in addition to education level
- Experience working in a DoD or IC environment desired
- Contractor site with 0%-10% travel possible

DIA's Office of the Chief Information Office operates the JWICS Program on behalf of the agency, operating and maintaining the architecture supporting its nearly 250K users
The JWICS PMO manages JWICS and the associated Modernization effort by overseeing the research, development, design, and implementation phases to deliver new capabilities and maintain current operations of the JWICS architecture
