Job Summary

Radwell International is seeking an experienced Electronics Repair Specialist to join our team. As an Industrial Controls Technician, you will play a crucial role in refurbishing and repairing industrial-grade PCBs, timers, counters, PLCs, drives, monitors, and temperature & process controls.

This position requires strong technical skills, good soldering abilities, and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. You will work independently, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively to meet production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Bench-level electronic and electro-mechanical repair tasks using industry-standard troubleshooting, repair, and soldering skills.
Documentation of actions taken on each item and communication of completions, obstacles, and concerns.
Verifying part numbers on all units processed.
Inspection, cleaning, and testing of all units.
Isolating unit failures.
Performing repairs of all units.
Proper use of shop assets and test fixtures.
Power and diagnostic testing of all units.
Programming.
Supporting quality methods, processes, and procedures.
Supporting and improving the quality of the final product.
Supporting the development of capabilities.
Processing pre-evaluation units to 'RTS' Ready-to-Sell condition.
Proper handling and labeling of all units.
Effective time management and prioritization of work.
Proper use of IT systems.
Providing own hand/power tools.

Requirements:

Must understand the repair of industrial controls cycle and be able to learn Radwell International's repair processes and procedures.
Strong technical skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Good communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide solutions.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
