    Description

    We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer with a focus on Infrastructure and Public Works in Corpus Christito contribute to the development of cutting-edge infrastructure design services throughout the Coastal Bend area. In this key role, you will oversee all aspects of public and private projects, lead and develop staff, and play a pivotal role in relationship-building with clients.

    Responsibilities:

    • Take charge of the development of infrastructure design services across the Coastal Bend area.
    • Manage all aspects of public and private infrastructure projects, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
    • Lead and actively engage in relationship building with prospective clients, demonstrating a commitment to understanding their needs.
    • Oversee the review and sealing of infrastructure projects, providing guidance to a team of engineers.
    • Take responsibility for invoicing, project management, and monitoring the financial performance of project budgets.
    • Develop and maintain positive relationships with technical and political leaders of local government agencies in the region, including potential municipal and county clientele.
    • Lead and develop infrastructure staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
    • Write and negotiate proposals with clients, showcasing your business development skills.

    Required Experience:

    • Must have experience in Land Development and municipal engineering
    • Minimum of 5 years experience with 1-2 years experience as a licensed TX PE.
    • Must be proficient in CAD.
    • Expert in Civil 3D.
