    Are you an experienced civil engineer with expertise in land development? Do you possess excellent project management skills and thrive on leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget? If so, our client is seeking a highly motivated individual like yourself to join their team as the new Land Development Project Manager.

    Job Description:
    As the Land Development Project Manager your responsibilities will include but are not limited to;

    • Effectively manage diverse projects ranging from smallscale developments up until larger more complex ones.
    • Attend meetings alongside municipal officials engineers developers contractors etc
    • Lead or assist strategy scope work evaluation of risk budgets for all assigned tasks/projects
    • Supervise internal subcontractor teams providing them assignments where necessary ensuring everything runs smoothly without issue throughout each stage of any given undertaking.
    • Conduct technical engineering site plans layouts entrance designs stormwater conveyance practices erosion sediment control measures grading protocols along with other associated land/site developmental activities.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering obtained via ABET accredited institutions.
    • Minimum seven years' experience working directly within related fields specifically focused around both LVI water based design disciplines pertaining towards large scale construction efforts required though advanced education may be considered instead if applicable
    • Ohio P.
