Redi Services, LLC is hiring Welders and Plant Maintenance Technicians for our plant operations in Rock Springs, Wyoming. Job Duties include but are not limited to:

• Reading and interpreting blueprints and machine drawings to determine specific welding requirements.
• Ability to weld flat, horizontal, vertical, or overhead positions.
• Setting up machines and components for welding according to individual job specifications.
• Examining welds for bead size and other specifications.

Education and Experience Must Haves:

• An associate degree from and accredited college or technical school, 6 months to 1 year of related experience/training or a combination of both.
• Experience with carbon and stainless steel.
• Ability to pass stainless steel 2" pipe test (304 or 308 root and TIG cap). Redi will arrange and pay for the test.
• Strong attention to detail and prioritizing safety.
• Desire to work well with others and maximize productivity and efficiency.
