    Description
    Expand your professional career as an Equipment Service Associate with MAU at our client in Greer, SC. As an Equipment Service Associate, you will troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and modify automotive manufacturing and test equipment to improve systems' uptime and reliability. This is a direct-hire, 1st Shift, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM; 3rd shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM opportunity, offering relocation as needed.

    REQUIREMENTS
    • Must be able to work both A and B shifts, including weekends
    • The employee must live within a 75-mile radius of the facility (relocation available)
    • Willingness to work overtime and holidays
    • Associate degree in technical manufacturing
    • 2+ years of automation or PLC controls with industrial maintenance, mechanical, electronic systems, and PC controls
    • High school diploma or GED with 2+ years of technical maintenance experience AND 2+ years of automation or PLC controls with industrial maintenance, mechanical, electronic systems, and PC controls experience (4+ years total) will be considered in place of Associate degree
    • Highly flexible with the ability to adjust to changes quickly
    • Passing score on a computer-based technical knowledge assessment and hands-on electrical troubleshooting proficiency test with live current
    • Experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of closed-loop servo systems (preferred)
    • Experience in design, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of sequential processes (preferred)
    • Working experience with high-level programming languages (preferred)
    • Experience in interfacing controls, processes, and feedback devices (preferred)
    • Experience in Human or Machine interface devices and associated software (desired)
    • AC variable frequency drive installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting experience (preferred)
    • 3+ years of hands-on experience in three-phase power, pneumatic controls, and Siemens PLC S7 (desired)
    RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and modify automotive manufacturing and test equipment
    • Oversee equipment modifications for process changes, new models, and expansions
    • Maintain and update all process documentation
    • Demonstrate the knowledge and ability to employ safe work practices
    • Perform other tasks as required
