    The position is based in Tampa, FL.


    In this role you will:


    Perform functional, automated, and regression testing from low level test environments through release to Production, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

    Authoring detailed test cases that provide high coverage and enforce traceability back to the user story.
    Isolate, replicate, and report defects, then verify fixes within JIRA. Ensure all corrective actions are assigned, documented, and completed.
    Recommend improvements to existing standards and procedures.
    Maintain and improve the existing test automation framework that supports Web, API, and Mobile product testing.
    Design, develop, and execute automation scripts.
    Ability to solve problems more efficiently.
    Ability to do PR reviews and provide constructive feedback.
    Self-motivator to bring up the QE process to the next level with limited guidance.

    We are looking for someone who has:
    Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    2+ years of Quality/Automation Engineering experience.
    Hands on experience in UI automation and API automation.
    NodeJS, Typescript or similar scripting programming knowledge.
    Experience with API testing tools like Postman or similar.
    Familiarity with JIRA or equivalent bug tracking software.
    Experience with Confluence or similar document management system.
    Experience working with source control (such as GIT) and build management systems (such as Jenkins)
    Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
    Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a desire to be challenged and learn new skills.
    Strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

    Preferred:
    Experience in Performance testing using JMeter will be an added advantage.

    Retail Industry experience.
