The RN Manager Pre-Op Post Anesthesia Care Unit ICU is responsible for developing and implementing nursing and related patient care activities for areas of accountability.Key Responsibilities include:
- Develops manages implements all nursing and related patient care activities for areas of accountability.
- Works closely with the nursing team to meet diverse organizational business initiatives strategies.
- Contributes to the development manages the implementation improvement of care delivery models services that supports continuous enhancement of care delivery patient family employee provider satisfaction area responsibility.
