**Description**

**Broadway Automotive** is looking for a Full-Time **Service Cashier/Receptionist** to join our team. The service cashier is responsible for providing a high level of excellence and customer service. In this position you will process all payment transactions for customers in our busy dealership. This position requires excellent phone skills, a great attitude, and a smiling face. Prior automotive dealership experience is a plus but is not required.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

Answer multiple phone lines in a courteous and professional manner

Receive cash, checks, and credit cards from customers and record the amount received

Issue cash receipts for customers

Reconcile cash drawer daily to sales documents

Greet customers

Maintain dealership files in an organized manner

**Schedule:** Mon - Fri. 9:30 am to 6:00 pm(rotate every 4th Saturday from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm)

**Wage:** $17.00 per hour

Able to work weekend hours as required

Ability to provide excellent customer service

Exceptional organizational and communication skills

Ability to multi-task

Prior automotive dealership experience preferred, cashier experience required

Must be able to pass a Background Check and Drug Screen
