    Location: Boca Raton, FL

    Pay: $50,000/yr

    Experience: Previous experience as a Property Manager in a multi-family residential setting

    Education: High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree preferred)

    Type: Full-time; Contract

    Schedule: Monday Friday, 9am to 6pm

    HH Staffing is seeking a Property Manager to join a growing and dynamic team

    Job Description:

    • Manage all aspects of leasing, including inquiries, applications, and lease agreements
    • Conduct property tours and ensure a high level of customer service for prospective and current residents
    • Address resident concerns and quickly respond to maintenance requests
    • Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors to ensure timely completion of work orders
    • Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, resident communication, and financial transactions
    • Assist with marketing efforts to attract new residents and retain current ones
    • Uphold property appearance and cleanliness standards
    • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations

    Position Requirements:

    • Bilingual in English and Spanish (Preferred)
    • Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices
    • Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio)
    • Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
