- Provide dental treatments to patients, including routine cleanings, extractions, dental fillings, cavity and tooth decay treatments, teeth whitening, bonding, and applications of dental crowns, caps, and veneers.
- Strong diagnostic skills and be well versed in all phases of general dentistry with emphasis on oral surgery, simple restorative, and palliative care.
- Utilize best practices, evidenced based dentistry and ADA standards of care in guiding your clinical practice.
- Educate patients on the importance of maintaining proper oral health and outlining goals for both medical and dental health considerations.
- Practice and follow infection control and OSHA regulations.
- Follow all rules and regulations set by the state, federal and governmental entities
- Build strong relationships with patients to create connections and influence patient retention.
- Execute company standards, processes, and procedures to ensure quality of service and a consistent patient experience.
- Strive to balance the achievement of operational targets while ensuring an exceptional patient experience.
- Degree in Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD)
- Active State Dental License - with no restrictions
- Strong diagnostic skills and be well versed in all phases of Pediatric dentistry
- 1 year of Pediatric Dentistry experience required
- Able to work well with children
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Real ID prior to starting.
- CPR Certification
- Evaluate and treat patients with the highest quality of care
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Must be able to multi-task, be detail-oriented, organized
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent proficiency and knowledge of requisite procedural skills
- Proficiency with computer and common office equipment, as well as with MS Office products required

Here at DOCS Health we have a state-of-the-art dental practice at Fort Jackson as part of Army and Air Force Exchange Services specifically servicing Military Families and Military Veterans. Our practice has a family feel and we focus on building relationships with our patients. Making sure to provide each of our patients with the best quality care.
This position is estimated to start in the last quarter of the year working 2-4 days per month to start.
