    Contract Duration: 6 Months


    Required Skills & Experience

    • 3 years of relevant experience.
    • Bring a fresh perspective on the software being used and assessments of the data, the team is very open to adapting the process for improvement.
    • Experience in Operations and Workflow management is needed.
    • Production Reporting experience.
    • 4 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

    Desired Skills & Experience

    • Tableau-Dashboards.
    • Excel-Pivot Tables-Formulas.

    What You Will Be Doing

    • Improve workflow optimization.
    • Workforce management-Performing health checks on execution and operations.
    • Extract and scrub data, they will take data, export to excel, perform pivot tables, formulas and present current and future status updates.
    • Utility type need-they will need to look at all activity and put within a structured environment.
    • Analyze production reporting.
    • Workload optimization, capacity optimizations.
    • Improved workflow execution through tableau dashboards.
    • Take organization and streamlining in to reporting.
    • Leadership perspective.
    • Presentation of where volume of work is increasing and where it is decreasing.
    • Understanding the trajectory of the produced assessment.
    • Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Business Execution and contribute to large-scale planning related to Business Execution deliverables.
    • Review and analyze moderately complex Business Execution challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
    • Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Business Execution deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
    • Collaborate with client personnel in Business Execution.
