Job Description
The Project Manager/Sourcing Manager will:- Lead medium and large procurement projects relating to conversions and acquisitions
- Complete strategic competitive analysis, bidding and negotiations for systems and services in WCIB.
- Act as a data champion for the team, including driving strategy for keeping data updated and managing team's project pipeline.
- Participate in the identification, design, development and implementation of assigned projects. Interfaces with internal and external resources to ensure successful and timely completion in accordance with user needs.
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Eight to ten years of experience in project management activities
Preferred Skills/Experience - Advanced knowledge of project management - Understanding of procurement with experience in varied projects, such as services, systems, subscriptions, etc. - Previous experience with acquisitions or conversions
- Considerable knowledge of assigned business line or functional area
- Demonstrated management and leadership skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Master's degree preferred
Location Expectations
This role is hybrid. Team members who are in a hybrid role typically spend three days a week at the listed U.S. Bank location(s), while having flexibility on their work location for the other working days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $105, $124,000.00U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.
