- Assist attorneys in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial real estate contracts, leases, and agreements.
- Conduct title searches, review title commitments, and assist with title clearance issues.
- Coordinate due diligence processes, including gathering and organizing relevant documents and information for property transactions.
- Prepare closing documents, coordinate closings, and ensure all necessary steps are completed for property transactions.
- Communicate with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved in commercial real estate transactions.
- Manage and maintain electronic and physical files related to commercial real estate matters.

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive support to three attorneys specializing in commercial real estate transactions. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial real estate contracts, leases, and agreements. You will also play a key role in conducting due diligence, coordinating property closings, and managing communication with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders.salary: $23 - $24 per hour
